Reference 5 – Prague flat
We carried out a complete reconstruction of the electrical installation in a Prague panel house. Intelligent wiring takes care of dimming lighting, control of heating, security and access to the apartment, and informing in case of fire or water leakage. After consulting with the owners, we performed a number of automation functions in the apartment, which will make their daily living easier. The wiring is maintained thanks to the complete reconstruction of the apartment in new Rigips walls and curtain walls. We installed a colored RGBW tape in the bathroom, which is controlled via the Loxone RGBW extension. All lights are adjusted to be dimmable to 24 V, incl. lights on the balcony. The result and satisfaction of the owners is clear proof that even in a panel house, smart wiring makes sense.
