Lighting
We often encounter a situation where the lighting design is neglect and is solved by leading one cable on the ceiling. We assign lighting to one of the highest priorities. One of the biggest advantages of using smart wiring is control based on preset light moods instead of control of individual lighting sources. So it is not a problem to have three or four different light circuits in one room and at the same time maintain maximum user-friendliness. With one click of a button, you can easily change the light mood and create an ideal setting for the desired activity - from basic room lighting to a special light mood for working at a table, watching TV, etc. We work with light temperature (chromaticity), suitable placement in the interior, and the right level lighting.
Heating & Cooling system
In a smart home, we primary use resources that are free to us (for example: solar passive profits, surplus of energy from photovoltaic panels...), despite the cheaper to the more expensive ones in case of acute need. Everything that affects the indoor climate is centrally controlled to achieve maximum efficiency. We will advise you on shading, we will check the possibility of implementing your chosen heat / cold sources.
Entrance control
Allow to enter to whoever you want to let into your house and, by contrast, prevent access to all unauthorized persons. We do not have a problem using an NFC reader, keyboard or digital key reader.
Safer house
Who among us has never asked a question on the way to vacation - Have we turned off the water? unplugged the kettle? etc. This worry disappears after moving to a smart apartment or house :-) We include a solution for the automatic shutdown of the water supply in the event of a leak in the design of the smart electrical installation. Plugs that switch off as you leave the house. Not only fire smoke sensors are used to locate the fire, but also every Loxone Touch, Loxone head, and actually all elements with a temperature sensor.
