Reference 4 – Prague Vinohrady apartment
In this project, we had a difficult task, which consisted of the implementation of the Loxone system into the already finished electrical installation. For this reason, we chose a solution based on Loxone Miniserver GO and wireless elements with Loxone Air technology. Since there were Rigips ceilings in the apartment, it was possible to carry out the entire modification without destruction (in the end, we only made one meter of slabs, because it was necessary for a new internet connection). Now the apartment owner has within the system under the control of lighting, heating, security, access control and consumption. We chose Loxone LED spots for lighting. As this is partly a commercial space, the lighting is switched off, guarded and the selected appliances are switched off with the departure of the last employee. At the same time, the Loxone system is used to record attendance. Smart wiring is important not only for the residential but also for the commercial sphere.
